Cell Phone Rental Service

1) Basic plan for 7 days with the lowest rate for domestic use. We can also adjust the dates of the cell phone rental.
2) Assistant service on the phone is available in English with additional charge.
(An assistant provides answers and explanations to your various questions like payment at stores, foods, etc...)
3) Easy cell phone returning system by mail.
(Use a returning kit, which will be provided in advance, to put the cell phone in and drop into a mailbox.)
4) With 3 days advance reservation and payment by credit card, we will directly mail a cell phone to your hotel.
(We need an address of where you stay.)
5) E-mail and international phone calls are also available if a roaming service area is covered by the NTT docomo group.
6) 1000 yen calling cards are on sale.

Customers Staying at Lodges

1) Breakfast delivery (Japanese food, Western food) from 1300 yen
(We will take reservations for at least 2 meals. Also, please reserve by 10pm the previous day.)
2) On-site chef specializing in French food
A chef will make French food for you. He may bring you a course meal or cook at your place (depending on where you stay). Please make a reservation by 10pm two days prior the day you want.
